(1) Where is the shipping warehouse?
Shipments within the UK are sent either from the local UK or Ireland.
(2) What courier service do we provide?
We cooperate with DPD IE/ DPD DE/ DHL/ GO Express to offer fast and timely shipping service, but we may choose other courier companies if the address is in a remote area.
(3) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch the goods within 3 business days after receiving the order and you will receive the goods within 5 business days after dispatch. However, sometimes there may be some unexpected or special circumstances, such as logistic and transport problems, holidays or festivals, etc. And the delivery may be delayed.
We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we also hope you understand that delays may occur in some situations. If you have any questions or need help to check the status of your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are always happy to assist you.
(4) Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. You can use the number to track the shipping status of your order.
(5) Why do I receive two parcels?
If you buy a bike and other accessories, the accessories will be shipped separately. But the rear rack and taillight will be sent together with the bike.
