(1) Can I return the items after I receive them?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, or, for e-bikes with less than 10 miles on the odometer. The original packaging and all contents (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be included.
(2) Can I change a bike model if I don't like it?
Within 14 days of receipt, if you want to change to the same model of a different color, you have to pay £200 per item. If you want to change to a different model, you have to £200 per item plus the price difference. Over 14 days of receipt, you are not allowed to change the bike.
(3) How can I return the items?
To start a return, please contact us at support.uk@heybike.com first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send back your package. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Heybike is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves, nor the missing of the returned package. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
(4) I don't like the bike. Can I return it for a refund?
① For non-quality issues refund
- Unused Bike
Within 14 days: Full refund; buyers pay return shipping fee (£200 per bike).
15 to 30 days: Full refund; buyers pay return shipping fee (£200 per bike) plus 20% restocking fee.
- Used Bike (no more than 10 miles on the odometer)
Within 30 days: Full refund; buyers pay return shipping fee (£200 per bike) plus 50% restocking fee.
Over 30 days: Not allowed to return the bike for a refund.
② For quality issues refund
- Within 14 Days: Full refund and no return shipping fee or processing fee; or exchange for another e-bike without additional payment.
- Between 14-30 Days: Return shipping fee may be charged based on the specific situation. Please contact our customer service for details. Defective or missing parts may be replaced free of charge within 30 days.
- Over 30 Days: Full refund not provided; Only warranty services will be provided. For minor defects that don’t affect biking safety, compensation may be offered instead of a return.
- Over 180 Days: No refunds provided; The bike can be replaced with a new one or repaired with new parts.
