Error Code: E-10 – Communication Reception Failure

① Problem Description: The motor does not work and the display shows error code E-10.

② Step-by-Step Solution: First, please check whether the connection of the display, main cable, and controller is firm and correct. And then check whether the pin inside the connector is deformed, whether the connector is aligned with the arrow, and whether there is a broken line or short circuit. If you find any connection problems, please try reconnection or replace the damaged cable. If there is no problem with the cable connection, the controller or display may need to be replaced.
